How do I reserve a storage unit?

What are the access hours?

Our facility operates seven days a week from 6 AM to 9 PM. You can access your storage unit using your personal access code to open the electric roller shutter.

Do you offer climate-controlled units?

We can offer you our indoor self-storage facility, which is a step up from traditional container storage. Inside, your belongings will be safe from temperature fluctuations, and each room is padlocked for extra security. Plus, our building is insulated to keep everything in great condition.

How much notice do I need to give when moving out?

We only need notice up until the next payment at the end of the month. This helps us prepare the unit for the next tenant.

Do you have any discounts or specials?

We frequently offer move-in specials and discounts for seniors, students, military members, and long-term renters. Check our website or give us a call to see what deals are currently available.

Do you have toilet facilities on site?

Yes, we provide toilets for our clients to help raise the level of your storage experience.

Do you sell padlocks?

Yes, we have our branded padlocks for sale at £12, please ask when booking and we can arrange for this to be ready on your move-in date.

Do you have security cameras on-site?

Absolutely. We have 24-hour video surveillance throughout our facility to ensure the safety of you and your belongings.

Are the rooms alarmed?

Yes, your room will have an alarm system built in. It will always be on until you enter your access code upon entering the facility. The entire facility is also equipped with an alarm system for security.

Do you offer van hire?

We have a van available to assist with your move, and sometimes this service is offered for free as a bonus!
